Sr. Product Engineer

Location – Dubai Budget- 18K AED Role – Cisco App Dynamics Critical Experiences (What experiences do you Need?) 3+ years technical IT experience that includes the following: Hands-on experience in AppDynamics design, deployment and maintenance. Planning, design, Implement, Configure, maintain, report generation, root cause analysis, bottleneck analysis and following up for closure. Good understanding in software operations and development lifecycle. Hands on experience in configuring BT’s, alerts and dashboards as per the business demands. Ensure on time delivery of APM activities. IT Operations and Application Support. Ensure APM standards to be followed across all the key applications. Solid understanding of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows). Any direct experience with development (in any language) helpful. Must understand the interrelationships between the various infrastructure layers O/S, Disk. Network, NAS, SAN. Working with a wide variety of platforms and application stacks. Ability to understand new application frameworks in customer environments quickly. Consulting or Professional Services experience. Demonstrated ability to work with customers under tight deadlines. Integrate AppDynamics with different 3rd party tools. Contributes actively to the overall APM strategy, especially feasibility checks, requirement gathering, implementing and configurations for project implementations. Background Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited University. Passion for technology. Consistently achieves utilization targets and balances with development plans to ensure skills are updated and in demand. Seeks to identify and mitigate risks before issues arise.
