Key Responsibilities

• Supervise IEP compliance, ensuring all meetings adhere to state and federal regulations.
• Conduct 5-6 virtual meetings daily to discuss student progress and relay updates to the educational team.
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and support teams to improve student services and foster a nurturing learning atmosphere.
• Offer continual mentorship and guidance to special education teachers across the district.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of services for special education programs among various schools.
