Process Quality Engineer

Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction, Identify the issues, Maintaining the supply chain, improve the product quality, Sustainability & etc

Your Tasks:

• Ensure Quality culture inside production units & Identify and ensure mitigation of Quality risks
• Support Continuous Improvement Activities inside production units
• Support Read Across process and best practices sharing
• Moderate and document 8D reporting (0km complaints)
• Support Q-Planning Plant with process and line release
• Support P-FMEA and feasibility studies &Train production staff with q-topics

Job Profile:

• Required Exp range: 6-8years & Knowledge in PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA
• Experience in Problem solving tools – 7QC Tools & Knowledge in 8D, Six Sigma Methodology
• Support Production unit by analyzing quality problems and define corrective actions
• Support Production unit with process analysis and capability studies
• Define and create quality processes and relevant directives and q-documents in the production unit & Handle internal supplier complaints
