Job Description
Objective
The goals are to generate new business, turn leads into customers, close deals, ensure customer success once the project is launched, and develop and maintain business relations with partners.
KPI
- Maintain current benchmarks of conversion rates of leads
- Reach targets for closing deals per quarter
- Reach targets for generating leads from the partnership channel
Areas of Responsibility
- Generate revenue and meet yearly targets
- Sell AI/ML solutions to target regions
- Achieve sales pipeline conversion targets
- Work collaboratively with the pre-sales team and manage the pre-sales process to win more deals
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team, manage the pre-sales process, and win more deals
- Take accountability over the existing won deals and grow accounts
- Collaborate with the Chief Delivery Officer & Partner to secure client success for won deals by effectively managing the customer care process, and addressing all commercial and legal feedback provided by the customer.
- Follow the Business Development Handbook for the best results and client experience
- Suggest process updates to reach the best possible results
- Execute tasks related to business development
- Suggest process updates to achieve optimal results
- Look for new ways of business development and sales channels
- Contribute to the partnership channel development
- Grow and maintain relationships with strategic partners (ex. AWS Singapore)
- Use a set of tools and frameworks to ensure the best outcomes
- Attend relevant seminars, conferences, and events
Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish, and Russian languages (Ukrainian is a +)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong collaboration and management skills
- The ability to strategically contribute and manage in a cross-functional team environment with excellent organizational, interpersonal written, and verbal communication skills

- Completed training in B2B sales
