Job Description
HiRE Technology is looking for a Compliance Learning Coordinator who will oversee compliance learning initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, tracking, and reporting of compliance training programs. This role requires expertise in e-learning platforms, compliance training, and data analysis, with a strong focus on reporting and compliance metrics. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and advanced Excel proficiency.
Remote role with required work hours in CST (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; schedules subject to change based on business needs).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the compliance team to assess training needs and develop compliance learning programs
- Maintain an updated inventory of all compliance learning assignments for global colleagues
- Design and implement compliance learning pathways and assignment groups within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support the development and execution of compliance training programs for special projects
- Generate, analyze, and interpret compliance metrics to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Utilize expert-level Excel skills to create detailed reports on training effectiveness and compliance performance
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on compliance regulations and industry best practices to enhance training programs
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- Experience developing and delivering training programs, particularly in compliance or regulatory settings
- Basic understanding of compliance regulations and corporate governance requirements
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Strong analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting compliance metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Project management experience
Preferred:
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (Percipio/Skillsoft and/or Workday preferred)
- Significant reporting experience, particularly in generating and interpreting compliance metrics
