Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling & Closure of Turnkey HVDC Project.

Develop an execution strategy on the assigned project and its communication, in consultation with the key stake holder.

Providing strong leadership support to ensure operational excellence based on the establish project strategy and best industry practice.

Preparation of AOP/CTC/Zero budget.

Execution of work as per the allocated budget and time schedule.

To monitor compliance of Statutory and contractual requirement of project.

Providing technical support to team.

Acquisition- Estimating & Costing, offer preparation, organizing site visits.

Frequent client visits for review and approvals.

Prepare scope of work and cost estimates for any extra work encountered during the

construction and shall put efforts to minimize any additional scope and cost overrun.

Ensuring stringent adherence to safety and quality standards/SOP, identifying gaps

and taking corrective and preventive actions. Ensure and drive Zero Harm and Zero

Defect culture with all site teams
