Our Journey and Team

Since our launch in September 2021, we have partnered with over 100+ clubs across Europe, including Internazionale, Borussia Dortmund, and Feyenoord, delivering more than 15,000 handcrafted frames to fans worldwide – and we’re just getting started! Our next steps include:

• Bringing the art of framing into the digital world on both our platforms and integrating with those of clubs, so fans can design their masterpieces.
• Establishing and fortifying our relationships with clubs into sustainable multi-year partnerships.
• Shifting our business model to owning shirt stock ourselves by partnering directly with players
• Launching FTG production facilities in new parts of the world. We’ve just opened our second location (next to HQ in Amsterdam) in London and are looking for new markets to enter.

Your Role as a Junior Graphic Designer

Under the guidance of our senior graphic designer, you will contribute to:

• Expanding the Frame The Game brand(ing).
• Working with team members to (visually) support campaigns with clubs and players.
• Designing products and promotional materials for (potential) partners, and for FrameTheGame.com and MatchWornShirt.
• Creating product (photography) content in our amazing infinity studio.

We aim to be ahead of the curve, always stand out, be different and surprise both

our clubs and customers. Being part of our design team requires creativity and

initiative.

What we expect from you

• A completed degree (MBO/HBO/Bachelor) in graphic design or another creative field.
• Experience with the Adobe suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• In depth knowledge of football
• You are creative, well-organized, and ready to contribute to a fast-growing organization.
• A proactive and positive attitude; you want to make a difference and contribute to a better world.

Our procedure consists of the following rounds:

1. Introductory video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (± 20 min)
2. Assessment and personality questionnaire (± 120 min)
3. In-office interview round 1 (± 45-60 min)
4. In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min)

Before the in-office interviews we request every candidate to complete a personality questionnaire, which gives us insight as to how your personality could add value to the team.
