WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM

The primary goal of this role is to drive online sales, optimize digital storefronts, and ensure best-in-class execution across multiple marketplaces and retailer websites.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE?

  • Catalogue Management: Manage and optimize product catalogs across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Carrefour, Sephora, Boots, etc.) for multiple countries. Monitor availability and resolve issues by opening support tickets (e.g., blocked references).
  • Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Monitor orders, product availability, and manage stock movement requests.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze performance data from eCommerce platforms to optimize results.
  • Promotions & Discounts: Activate and manage promotions and discounts to drive sales growth and optimize commercial strategies.
  • Strategic Retail Consultancy: Analyze Buy Box, pricing, sellers, and market performance to improve competitiveness and optimize visibility.
  • Market & Competition Analysis: Conduct analysis of the competition, market trends, and business potential to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Advertising, Data) to ensure the effective execution of strategies.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You are passionate about digital and e-commerce and you are customer oriented.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in an agency, retail, or FMCG/Beauty/eCommerce environment
  • You have deep knowledge of online marketplaces, especially Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), as well as other key retailers.
  • You are proficienct in analytics tools.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are detail-oriented and have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on performance insights.
