About The Role
The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior executives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities. The role involves supporting the senior leaders in the Government Affairs department with tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and prioritizing tasks across multiple leaders.
Responsibilities
– Build and cultivate long-term relationships
– Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
– Manage multiple executive calendars, ensuring proper prioritization of meetings and scheduling
– Coordinate various meetings, including board meetings, executive off-sites, and engagements with government officials, including all logistics like venue management, catering, and audio/video coordination
– Proactively manage communication and respond to urgent inquiries on behalf of executives
– Process and track expenses in a timely manner
– Provide overall data management to executives, including organizing and compiling materials for presentations
– Track and drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items as needed
– Continuously look for opportunities to improve administrative processes and provide creative solutions
Minimum Qualifications
– 5+ years of high-level experience supporting multiple senior executives
– Strong team player, adaptable in a matrixed environment, and capable of working with individuals at all levels of the organization
– Proactive, positive, and personable with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude – Ability to take initiative confidently
– Resilient with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on time
– Exceptional discretion, diplomacy, and judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
– Strong attention to detail
– Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, and key applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom
– Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
– A collaborative approach with a low ego and high empathy
Compensation & Benefits
– The anticipated salary range for this role is between $149,000-$165,000.
– Actual starting pay may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
