Fulfillment Officer – Auto Loans

• Loan conversion where booking targets would have to be met.
• Ensures that the documentation of pre-booking loan requirements is accurate, in detail, and appropriate based on set guidelines

How will you contribute?

• Ensure that submitted documents are complete, valid, and acceptable per policy
• Conversion of approved accounts to booked
• Quality review and turnaround time in completing all requirements appurtenant to booking
• Customer satisfaction maintained at level acceptable to management and are resolved in a timely manner.

What will make you successful?

• Having bank experience particularly on Auto Loans
• Knowledge on housing loan products, policies and procedures
• Knowledge in lending operations and credit policies.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication skills, fast learning, pleasant personality
