Your Mission:

We are one of the top high-frequency funds in the world, having grown from managing tens of millions to hundreds of million AUM. As a Junior Legal Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal operations across multiple jurisdictions. You will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of legal matters, including capital markets transactions, cryptoasset deals, internal equity structuring, loan agreements, and compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulations across the US, UK, EU, Singapore, and Hong Kong under evolving frameworks like MiCA.

We are a team of top performers from across industries, including researchers from Facebook and Google, alumni from Berkeley, Caltech, ETH, and MIT, as well as international medalists from Olympiads and professional Poker, Go, and Chess players. We are now seeking exceptional legal talent to join our ranks.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years post-qualified experience (PQE).
• Strong academic credentials – top of the class preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK law is essential as we are a Gibraltar-based fund.
• Capital markets experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic regulatory landscape.
• Prior experience with trading firms, hedge funds, private equity, or investment banks is beneficial but not mandatory.
