For This Role…

They are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will oversee all financial operations and strategies, working closely with the executive team to align financial goals with overall business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance, capable of driving the company’s financial success and growth.

Your Responsibilities…

  • Financial Strategy and Planning: You will develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, and oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: You will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and manage compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: You will identify and mitigate financial risks, developing internal controls to protect the company’s assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: You will lead the annual budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and drive improvements in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Treasury and Cash Management: You will manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial reserves, while overseeing debt and equity financing.
  • Team Leadership and Development: You will lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will act as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors on financial matters, engage with investors, and support business development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Technology and Process Improvement: You will implement financial technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, and drive automation initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Has/Is

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
  • A proven track record of driving financial strategy in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing financial operations in a global or multinational environment.
  • High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
