Qualifications And Skills

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• Valid bike license

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction projects at various sites ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and schedule the work of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct site inspections to assess quality and progress of work
• Provide guidance and support to the construction team
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
