The Role

This is not your averaging Recruiting Lead role. Here, at the forefront of the exciting AI industry, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by leading and executing our hiring strategy. With an aggressive plan to scale our team by 30+ members in the coming months, we need a dynamic Recruiting Lead to help us build a world-class team. You will oversee a team of recruiters, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive market. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Recruiting Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to meet the company’s aggressive hiring goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruiting function.
  • Candidate Experience: Design and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring we represent our employer brand effectively.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance our employer brand and position [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice in the AI space.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and report on hiring progress to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and scale recruiting processes, tools, and systems to support rapid growth and ensure efficiency.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

What You’ll Need To Have

  • Ideally 8+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, tech industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of lead a recruiting team to devise a strategic recruiting plan and deliver with speed and quality
  • Proficiency with various talent sourcing tools and platforms, and expertise on talent markets across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from recruitment data and drive improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Proven ability to learn new markets and business functional needs quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to influence successfully and work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders across several ongoing initiatives simultaneously.
