Here’s what you’ll be doing

We’re looking for an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee our Clinical Coordinator and Patient Service teams. Reporting to our CEO and in partnership with our Director of Clinical Operations, you will:?

  • Directly manage and oversee our Clinical Coordination and Patient Service teams, supporting their growth and development,
  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics that enable us to meet organizational and patient needs more cost effectively,
  • Drive continued revenue growth through deeper referral relationships, increased referral conversion rates, and improved follow-up with existing patients

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of healthcare operations experience, preferably outpatient clinic-based, including at least 2 managing front-line teams?
  • History of developing direct reports into superior performers
  • Track record of driving outcomes and successfully implementing new processes from scratch
  • Passion for the impact of your work on the broader world, and excitement to help reduce the burden of chronic disease
