The Role
McCann Worldgroup is seeking a Digital Designer/Online Art Director to help in the task of developing assets, including emailings, banners and other digital assets.
What You Will Do
The Digital Designer/Online Art Director for McCann Worldgroup will be required to:
- Work as part of the digital team, being in charge of the design of different digital projects, from development of first sketches to the supervision of the project throughout its development process
- Have a passion for current and future digital technology and advertising
- Utilize knowledge of the target audience’s behaviours to optimize assets in terms of design, tone, and brand codes to resonate with audiences effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:
Key Skills
- We expect a creative, enthusiastic and independent profile with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital in a similar role, showcasing expertise in creating engaging content for digital platforms within advertising agency, PR agency or Digital agency.
- Experience in the development of Display Campaigns, Web Design, usability, a good understanding of the different digital channels & Social Media Marketing Digital & Web for Multichannel Campaigns, Responsive Design, Landing Pages & Microsites, Banners, Rich Media Ads, Social Ads (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads), Newsletter & Emailings.
- Strong visualization skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other designers.
- Develop rich media and display HTML5 banners campaigns. Understanding the media plan from the begining to the end.
- Ability to deliver creative content in the form of images, and some times videos.
- Organized self starter who can work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate Team player that can also work independently and efficiently
