Job Overview

The Program Manager of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for leading, supporting, and advancing corporate engagement programs to ensure alignment of activities with organizational goals, strategies, and branding. This position is part of a team that recognizes the critical role corporate partnerships play in furthering the mission of Shriners Children’s and increasing fundraising support.

This position requires a willingness and ability to travel and work evenings and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Foster meaningful connections between donors, community events and peer-to-peer fundraisers, corporate supporters, and other key constituents with events and other local activities
  • Work in collaboration with existing flagship Shriners Children’s events within their assigned region to build and extend their reach and impact through assigned fundraising efforts
  • Partner with Shriners Children’s locations and Strategic Partnership Team to develop essential training, tools, and resources to significantly enhance the effectiveness and organizational capacity of Corporate Partners
  • Grow and develop successful relationships with individual Shriners Children’s locations in a specific region to provide leads and capitalize on grassroots efforts which may result in larger national opportunities

Required

Qualifications

  • 3 years of fundraising experience
  • 3 years of community outreach experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Products
  • Experience with platforms like Canva, Digideck, and the Adobe Suite of products
