About The Role
As part of our Revenue Operations team, this role will support the expansion of Offline Revenue (Enterprise) by providing invoicing, collections, and cash application support. You will work closely with our Sales, Deal Desk, Shared Services, and Enterprise Customers, ensuring a seamless Quote-to-Cash experience.
This role will be based in the Philippines, supporting standardized billing, collections, and cash applications while working US hours (CST timezone) to align with our global operations
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Be part of the backbone of our QTC process, supporting Sales, Deal Desk, shared services, and customers to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely invoicing, payments, and contract reviews.
- Manage accounts receivable operations end-to-end, handling sales order approvals, billing, collections, credit memos, refunds, and chargebacks with precision and efficiency.
- Own customer payment processing, ensuring optimized cash flow.
- Compile and analyze quote to cash data, producing regular reports, metrics and insights for management and relevant stakeholders.
We’d love it if you have
- Have a strong foundation in finance—a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, quote-to-cash, or a similar finance role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, subscription, or enterprise environment.
- Know the ins and outs of AR operations, including subscription billing, invoice management and collections strategies
- Are analytical and proactive, with a knack for spotting inefficiencies and implementing creative, data-driven solutions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, balancing attention to detail with the ability to execute at scale.
- Have experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Accounting ERPs & Billing Systems (Netsuite or Zuora), Customer Service Desks (Jira or Zendesk) and are comfortable navigating revenue platforms and contract management systems.
- Are open to working night shifts Tuesday – Saturday (11:00 pm – 8:00 am PH time) to support our global operations.
