About Us: Since its founding in 2017, Prometheum has leveraged its deep expertise in securities law, blockchain and trading to create a compliant ecosystem for digital asset securities that enables all investors to seamlessly invest in digital assets securities. Prometheum has relied on its strong diverse team to build the tools to service digital asset securities. To date, Prometheum has built multiple broker-dealers traversing novel areas and a large technology stack (intersecting trading, blockchain, compliance, etc.). Role: Project Manager (Business) – Full Time W2 Location: New York, HQ OR Remote Salary:- $160,000 – $190,000

Responsibilities: Create project plans, develop, and execute strategies for internal coordination, including focus groups, status update meetings, steering committees Own and manage operations-focused projects for Prometheum and subsidiaries Identify project key issues, roadblocks, and risks timely; proactively manage to resolution or escalate when appropriate Track resource usage and budget/expenses as needed Be the main point of contact and communication channel for affiliated parties associated with projects while working to align and prioritize project tasks to ensure success Manage project governance, and effectively communicate project status to senior management on a regular basis Create and present effective and visually appealing presentation materials as needed Demonstrate an ability to execute on prioritized / highly visible projects on an independent basis and provide thoughtful analyses, documentation and solutions to drive desired outcomes Conducts detailed business analysis involving complex requirements and processes. Present results to all affiliated stakeholders involved in the project Partner with technology teams to provide and obtain data requirements. Create documentation to identify solutions, while working closely with your technology counterparts Oversees assigned projects from initial concept through final implementation utilizing approved project methodology / tools and within enterprise standards and guidelines Qualifications: Self-motivated, with strong leadership skills and executive presence 7+ years of experience working in a project management capacity in the financial services space Enjoy collaborating in defining problems and creating viable solutions Extensive project management experience within the financial services industry particularly with securities offerings, services and products Participate in a collaborative work style with ability to effectively interact with, and earn trust across the organization Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and multi-task essential; must be very organized and have excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills Maintains outstanding judgment, critical thinking, time management, communication and writing skills Possesses a business-level understanding of analytics
