Agronomist – Field Officer

• Day-to-day management of ground operations at network farmers.
• Monitoring of plantation schedule for all network farmers and collaborating with the operations team on regular updates.
• Responsible for the implementation of quality/yield improvement programs.
• Work in close coordination with the planning team on specific issues that could impact harvesting plan/sales.
• Responsible for driving improvement projects with respect to procurement practices, and network farmer expansion in line with business goals.
• Responsible for handling day-to-day grievances of network farmers and timely resolution.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture Science is compulsory.
• Experience of 1-3 years in Contract Farming operations (ground operations).
• Knowledge of organic/regenerative / pesticide-free farming will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
• Should have a two-wheeler for a field visit.
• Proficiency in computer skills – MS Office.
