Admin Supervisor who will be supporting and optimizing the organization’s administrative operations. Their primary objective is to ensure that administrative team and processes are carried out efficiently, thereby contributing to the effective functioning of the company . QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology. Advanced / FluentEnglish language level. Experience of at least 5 years in similar positions. ACTIVITIES Management of accommodation (houses and rental apartments) and services (water, electricity, gas, and internet) for foreign personnel. Hotel and flight reservations. Service to users in various areas of the business units. Ensuring that the monitoring maintenance and services of the company’s vehicle fleet are up to date. Coordinate corporate events.
