Web3 UX Designer

Labrys is a leading Software Development Consultancy Agency specialising in blockchain solutions, decentralised applications, and cutting-edge digital experiences. We work with clients across industries to build innovative, user-centric web applications. As part of our growing design team, we are looking for a UX Web Designer with a strong foundation in Figma and a keen interest in blockchain applications.

Role Overview

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and BAs to create intuitive, engaging web interfaces. You will play a key role in translating concepts into visually compelling designs while ensuring seamless user experiences for blockchain-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Figma.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience across digital platforms.
• Research and stay updated on Web3 and blockchain UI/UX trends.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Maintain design consistency across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of modern web design principles and responsive design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes (a plus).
• Interest in blockchain technology, Web3, and decentralized applications.
• Ability to take direction, absorb feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Web3 UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
• Passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to learn.
