Datacenter Cyber Security team is one of the core Security Software Development team focused on building tools, services and applications that ensure that the foundation of Microsoft cloud business has rock-solid security, meeting and shaping highest industry bar, and is consistently evolving to counter the rapidly changing threat landscape. We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer who can help build a platform for Secure Devices management from the ground up.

Successful candidates will be full stack or backend developers who have passion for security, experience building software from the ground up with high-quality and scalability. You would be working in an exciting and fast-paced, diverse team environment, collaborating with multiple teams in Microsoft, building sophisticated security systems and Cloud services that protect industrial facilities and datacenters across the world. The opportunity will also provide a rare opportunity to work at a system level enterprise software product and services development that has exposes to hardware, networks and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy end-to-end features and service components of software solutions with high-quality
• Contribute to the designs and architecture of highly available, reliable, scalable, extensible & Secure systems and services with a flair for research and critical thinking.
• Build and improve engineering fundamentals to make the services resilient and to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to drive excellence in engineering deliverables and engage with partners for alignment towards success of the Products/services developed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of software development experience using C++, C# and/or Java with development of full stack services/features through DevSecOps pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Design and problem-solving skills, with a passion for high-quality work
• Expertise in building and running Cloud Services and Rest APIs is preferred
• Expertise in working with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) is a plus.
• Experience in working with cybersecurity of Devices/Workstations, networks and cloud services, is a plus.
