Responsibilities

• Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor & support staff.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly store & individual targets.
• Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
• Evaluate the supply and availability of stocks
• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
• Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
• Motivating employees to achieve targets.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 year of experience in relevant field (retail store sales)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
