Job Purpose

The Crew is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring to deliver high standards of product quality. Must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, food preparation and cleaning procedures.

Job Responsibilities

The job holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

Customer & Economics

  • Providing Customer Service including after sales service.
  • Greeting all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store
  • Operate as a cashier. It should be each employee’s goal to use the POS machine without error and to be consistently accurate in money handling
  • Understand and utilize all reports required for the day to day functioning of each store
  • Individual contribution in achieving budgeted Sales and ATV as per plans Execute Upselling / Suggestive Selling and Primarily responsible for providing Customer Service which includes after sales service
  • Display respectful eyecontact and positive body language all the times while interacting with customers.
  • Operate as a cashier. It should be each employee’s goal to use the POS machine without error and to be consistently accurate in money handling
  • Understand and utilize all reports required for the day to day functioning of each store

Products And Standards

  • Knowledge of all the products, packaging and price
  • Follow all recipes, as per Brand standards
  • Responsible for following daily Production Schedule
  • Prevents CrossContamination at all given times
  • Follow standards for Front of House and Back of House duties
  • Maintain high standards of HouseKeeping at the workstation, product display area and back of house.
  • Work towards reducing incidence of theft, shop lifting, and alert manager in any case of such.
  • Ensure safe working practices at all times
  • Give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries. If the correct information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer before the customer leaves the store
  • Grooming guidelines followed as per brand standards
  • Attendance and Punctuality
  • Responsible for maintaining quality of product
  • Follows food safety and hygiene standards at all given times
  • Front of House: Counter must have sufficient levels of packaging material and ensure display of counter is maintained
  • Back of House
  • All raw materials and ingredients must be well organized
  • All equipment must be handled with care
  • Segregation of food and nonfood items
  • All cleaning materials must be kept at designated places avoiding cross contamination with food and nonfood items
  • Accident Prevention rules must be followed

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in the same role
  • Fluency in English
