As a hub of financial solutions for Africa by Africans, Venus Finance is filling the financial gaps that have hindered people from achieving their career, business, academic, health, or financial goals. For 2 years, we offered loan facilities to hundreds of people seeking to travel abroad for various purposes. Then in November 2024, we expanded our offering to include business loans and personal loans for emergencies, payday advances, and so on.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services, Financial Services and Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
