As a Digital Designer at Rituals, you combine cutting-edge digital craftsmanship with a passion for premium aesthetics. You excel in creating innovative concepts and delivering designs across a wide range of digital touchpoints. This matches you as a versatile and detail-oriented Digital Designer. For 40/36 hours per week, you:

• Create designs with the big picture in mind, blending storytelling, AI-driven content, and photography to craft next-level digital experiences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including UX, UI, motion designers, and 3D artists, ensuring a well-rounded and coherent visual direction.
• Lead digital art direction across digital projects, creating digital content for websites, apps, emails, and partner platforms, ensuring they align with Rituals’ brand identity and overarching campaigns.
• Innovate with assets and introduce new creative tools, including 3D modeling, animation, and AI-enhanced visuals, for a richer and more immersive user journey.
• Work on a variety of digital creative assets, from emails, digital paid, website visuals to social media content, ensuring everything is crafted with high quality and brand consistency in mind.

In collaboration with the wider UX & Design Team, you will work on concepts and turn them into high-impact layouts and design mockups. As a designer at Rituals, you’ll be part of a dynamic group of creatives, including UI designers, digital designers, motion designers, 3D animators, UX Designers and a Design Systems Specialist. Your work will have a direct impact on our digital touchpoints and help shape the next level of our

customer experience. You will collaborate with a motivated UX team, including experts in service design and

design operations. At Rituals, designers own their ideas and are accountable for the success of their projects. We are a tight-knit team with a shared goal of continuous improvement, pushing creative boundaries, and setting new standards for digital experiences.

Additionally, You Have

• At least 5-8 years of experience as a Digital Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
• Expertise in AI-driven content creation, with a solid understanding of how to integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve efficiency and output quality.
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience in video editing, motion graphics, and 3D animation, demonstrating your ability to create captivating, multi-dimensional designs.
• Proficiency in digital art direction, with a solid understanding of brand aesthetics and how to guide content that elevates a project’s creative impact.
• A passion for Rituals products and a natural ability to blend creativity with the brand’s premium identity.

It’s good to know that we’re in the office 80% of the time and working from home 20%. In a full-time contract, that means four days in the office and one day remote.
