Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Work with a graphic designer to create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to our target audience
  • Responsible for creating quarterly email newsletter
  • Responsible for creating high-value content for our clients and potential clients (For example, a PDF)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation
  • Brainstorm and generate new and innovative ideas for content to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proven experience in creating content for LinkedIn, including understanding the platform’s nuances and audience
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
