Docusign is looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our microservices framework team focused on building highly scalable, available, and reliable distributed systems. The Microservices Framework at Docusign ensures critical back-end services scale with the company’s continued rapid growth
This position is an individual contributor reporting to an Engineering Manager.
Responsibility
- Be open minded, forward thinking and passionate about great software platform and cloud technologies
- Think about how to solve problems in scale and build automation to manage complex software systems
- Develop testable, high-quality, and ship-ready code with ample test coverage
- Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing and release of microservices platform
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in an object-oriented programming language such as C#, C++ or Java
- 2+ years of full stack development experience
- 2+ years experience writing C#/Java code and working with cloud deployment and configuration tools using scripting and configuration platforms
- Experience being a part of on call rotation
- Experience with driving decisions based on Telemetry and metrics to take a data driven approach
Preferred
- A passion to learn new software technologies and platforms
