Responsibilities
Our eLearning Developer will create engaging interactive eLearning modules to include:
- Visualize graphics, the user interface and the finished produce
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
- Develop compelling course content and captivating learning activities
- Apply proven instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Develop exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, animations, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate instructional design experience
- Expertise in scripting, designing and developing courseware with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia production software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and strong understanding of how learners consume information
- Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understood text and graphics
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- Experience creating products for federal government or DOD is preferred
- Ability to obtain secret clearance is a plus
Education
- Our eLearning Developer position requires a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, business, marketing, communications, graphic design or equivalent experience
