Our Client “Ori Cafe” is seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Chef to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
  • Supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Ordering food supplies
  • Preparing and cooking foods according to menu and recipe specifics
  • Training junior kitchen staff
  • Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
  • Explaining and enforcing hygiene and safety regulations
  • Freezing and preserving foods where required
  • Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Exhibiting excellent communication, organisational, time and resource management skills

To Quality For This Role, You Must Have

  • Relevant qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
