Our Client “Ori Cafe” is seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Chef to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and directing the food preparation process
- Supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
- Ordering food supplies
- Preparing and cooking foods according to menu and recipe specifics
- Training junior kitchen staff
- Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene and safety regulations
- Freezing and preserving foods where required
- Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Exhibiting excellent communication, organisational, time and resource management skills
To Quality For This Role, You Must Have
- Relevant qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
