SR Manager KAM AFH Organizado Nacional

Location: Madrid

Key Responsabilities:

  • Commercial agreements negotiation: Negotiate the commercial agreements, in order to achieve the established growth and profitability objectives in the Business Plan.
  • Joint customer planning and value creation: Build shared strategies and plans with our customers to create joint value.
  • P&L optimization: Optimise resource allocation, investment, revenue and overall P&L to deliver efficient JBPs.
  • Customer and shopper insight: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their market and shoppers.
  • External insights: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of trends and changes in the broader market, including what competitors are doing.
  • Strategy and execution approach: Apply our vision into a clear strategy and execution approach for channels and key accounts.
  • Measures and metrics: Define and implement measures and metrics to assess the performance and compliance of key accounts.
  • Customer engagement: Establish an engagement platform on which CCEP can grow and maintain win-win customer relationships.
  • Internal leadership: Bring the best of CCEP to customer accounts, through creation and management of effective virtual teams

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • We will positively value having complemented your training with a master’s degree.
  • It is essential to have at least 3 years of experience in the sales department. Experience in different markets (Retail, OP or Field sales) would be an asset.
  • We will positively value your experience in the Trade Department.
  • Working high knowledge of Office tools.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Negotiating, Very good communication, Influencing skills, and Analytic skills
