Your Key Responsibilities

• Define Manufacturing Processes, optimize in line with organization objectives .
• Contribute to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
• Contribute to the alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
• Identify digitalization opportunities in production environment and Implementation
• Project drives for Work & Process Study and Improvement
• Product development and planning
• Capacity Planning Staff & Machine, Plant Budgeting and Capex planning, Capacity development.
• Capacity enhancement / Expansion projects, Work on Relocation Projects
• Process Engineering:
• Plant and factory layout preparation, optimization using 2D and 3 D Model.
• Plan/prepare and implement process requirements

Your Qualifications

Engineering background (Degree in Industrial / Production / Mechanical Engineering equivalent ) 5-6 years on similar functions .

Through understanding of Industrial Core Activities

Exposure to Operation Digitalization tools Industry 4.0 / Machine connectivity is must

Knowledge about project management and tools

Proficient on Auto Cad with 3 D layout ( Factory, Plant Layout and Optimization)

Through in Lean, Six Sigma & lean concepts

Good understanding of various manufacturing processes like turning, grinding, honing, Heat Treatment.

Knowledge of SAP in line with Master Data, and Key Modules of SAP
