Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepares and manages procurement orders and supports the respective processes, for an assigned purchasing area.
- Maintain and update documentation and data (such as purchasing master data, categorization and storage of contracts, supplier evaluation, etc.).
- Collect information and conduct basic analyses about suppliers, markets, etc. and support preparation and execution of RFQs in the assigned area of competence.
- Prepare, execute and track purchasing orders (including order confirmation, claims, etc. if necessary).
- Coordinate purchasing activities with involved regions, departments and suppliers, if required.

- Vocationally trained
- 1 to 3 years
