The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for contributing in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires a proactive

approach to finding top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determining selection criteria.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
  • Assist in the shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer letter management and visa management of selected candidates.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and company website.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Skills

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent (CIPD).
  • Work experience and strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Good understanding of the industry and status of the labor market.
  • Knowledge in Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to build effective and long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to monitor recruitment activities consistently and thoroughly
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Arabic is an added advantage
