Role Purpose
The role is responsible to perform designated secretarial, clerical & administrative duties effectively as per the departmental requirements. Furthermore, the role is responsible to manage documents, coordinate arrangement and liaise with various other departments ensuring compliance as per company QHSE standards & norms.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible to provide office support services to department head/ department as assigned, effectively and efficiently ensuring smooth work and zero errors
- Prepare and send out external and internal business correspondences and announcements whenever necessary
- Screen, respond, and redirect correspondence, telephone queries and other inquiries
- Attend to walk-in staff, guests or visitors and direct them to the concerned personnel
- Schedule and make logistical arrangements for meetings and conferences; prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes as required
- Coordinate travel and itinerary arrangement for authorized staff, including visa applications, ticket and hotel reservations

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience
- Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills and Timely decision making
- Planning, organizing, presentability and courteousness
- Knowledge of oral and written English and local language as indicated.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office application
