Role Purpose

The role is responsible to ensure exceptional customer service and on time assistance to all passengers and their baggage for arriving and departing customer airlines. Furthermore, the role requires assisting the passengers in relation with lounge and meet & assist as per the departmental / Client airline’s standard operating procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Receive passengers/ guests, attend to queries and concern, and provide guidance as required
  • Ensure personal grooming and hygiene standards as per company’s standard at all time
  • Responsible to report workplace hazards, near misses, incidents to immediate supervisors and or station QHSE and security department
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager
  • Responsible to ensure smooth operations at the reception desk and Updates the system with guest details
  • Attends to all customer queries and concerns raised either in-person, through telephone or email

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma, Bachelors’ degree preferable
  • 2-3 years of similar experience
  • Knowledge of airline and related systems and applications, Lounge & hospitality, food safety and standards
  • Customer service orientation and punctuality
  • Language Skills: Knowledge of oral and written English and local language
