Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing team performance of Remote VA contractors, and fostering a positive customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze customer feedback, and effective communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring that all team members provide high-quality support to customers.
  • Manage and supervise a team of remote home based customer service representatives outside the U.K. Providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
  • Analyses customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and provide information about products or services.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth among staff members.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and present findings to upper management.
  • Manage via the Shopify platform customer expectations giving advice on products and services offered

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team remote VA team.
  • Strong supervisory capabilities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor always.
