Graduate in any stream, age within 30-32, 2 -3 Years working experience as system admin or L1 desktop troubleshooting, concept of Networking Devices like access point, Switch, Firewall, hands on experience on Laptop Hardware diagnosing and troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, Wifi networking, DHCP, DNS, basic knowledge of Office 365, Outlook, Teams configuration etc. Day to Day End user support, Laptop and Windows Troubleshooting, Mail configuration and Backup, Office Installation, Basic Network Support. Laptop and Desktop Hardware trouble shooting, RAM, HDD, Battery replacement, Installation of office 365 Apps, Outlook email configuration, Wifi LAN connection

Working experience with branded Laptop like HP, Lenovo, Dell opening and troubleshooting along with Windows OS 10/11 recovery and outlook email configuration.
