Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, stock control, and warehouse operations in our Dubai facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling goods, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth stock movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Issue materials and supplies based on internal requests and orders.
  • Perform regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize storage areas and ensure proper labeling and categorization of items.
  • Prepare inventory reports and update records in ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments with suppliers.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of goods.
  • Follow health, safety, and company regulations regarding stock management.
  • Assist in annual audits and stock assessments.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse management (UAE experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software (SAP, ERP, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and stock handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English.
