Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to support our training programs. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, be a hard worker, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. This role involves coordinating training schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, employees, and stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations
  • Maintain training records and track employee participation and certifications
  • Prepare training materials using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Assist in the development of training plans and monitor progress
  • Handle logistics, such as venue booking, equipment setup, and attendance tracking
  • Support the Learning & Development team in administrative tasks and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company training policies and industry regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) is an advantage
