Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, document and develop complete project plans
  • Monitor and achieve target KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
  • Create Ad-Hoc Pairing/ Roster scenarios with relevant Reporting and sensitivity Analysis for decision making.
  • Implement and work with optimizers to achieve desired productivity based on KPIs by suggesting new rules/ codes for minimizing costs/ increasing crew satisfaction.
  • Become SME on optimizers by mastering the coding language and introducing efficiencies in current rules.
  • Supporting Leadership and stakeholders with in-depth analysis for decision making on proposed policies and processes by conducting what if analysis for cost saving and or increasing productivity.
  • Support stakeholders like crew rostering, manpower planning and network planning teams, etc. to provide intelligent inputs through data modelling and optimized results.
  • Consults within team and stakeholder group to understand and document business needs and objectives, policies and procedures, problems, risks, and opportunities.
  • Make testing strategies, ensure upkeep of current systems and code base and keeping test scripts updated for new rule requirements.
  • Ensure updated documentation of rules, processes and code changes in the crew planning team.

Skills

Should have hands on experience of analytical tools & languages like basic Python, R, Power BI, Advance Excel & SQL.
