DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Renewals and Inside Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing support contract and subscription license renewals while also supporting inside sales and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict timelines. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, commercially savvy, and able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As a Renewals and Inside Sales Specialist, you will:
Renewals and Sales Support:
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations within set SLA times.
- Assist with customer and reseller queries, process orders, and drive increased margins month-on-month.
- Manage the renewals operational cycle by coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless deal completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a set of vendors, managing the quotation and order process from vendor to the account team/reseller.
- Identify and execute upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and customer value.
Inside Sales and Administration:
- Provide administrative and sales support to the internal sales team and allocated external sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of quotations, orders, and correspondence using CRM tools and other systems.
- Support the generation of inside sales opportunities by identifying potential new business through customer interactions.
- Work to achieve financial targets and KPIs related to sales growth, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to promote a seamless sales process.
- Ensure resellers receive an excellent experience by leveraging internal resources and expertise.
- Develop a deep understanding of vendor products, features, and pricing to effectively support sales efforts.

- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Commercially aware, responsive, and efficient in meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to foster robust relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive approach to sales.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and respond to client needs effectively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience in sales administration and renewals.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and familiarity with key vendors.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
