As a?quality assurance analyst lead?In the Corporate IT platform, you’ll work on large programs and projects executing both manual and automated testing. You’ll lead, define, and help execute our testing strategy and potentially collaborate and lead onshore and offshore testers. You’ll work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with other leads across job families in a project and across IT platforms. You’ll also implement recommendations to improve testing approaches, processes, and procedures.

This is a remote position for US based work only.?

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 6 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 6 years related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 8 years related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing and leading test strategy for large complex projects and/or teams
  • Extensive knowledge and application of software QA industry practices, techniques, tools and testing of SaaS applications, web services, APIs, mainframe, batch, and the technologies that support them. (e.g. manual testing, automated testing, risk-based testing, querying SQL databases, gap analysis, API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger, Azure DevOps, DB2, Splunk querying, etc.)
  • Experience providing coaching and feedback to other Quality Assurance Analysts
  • Experience generating test data for metrics and reporting

Compensation

  • $114,900 – $127,700/year
  • Gainshare annual cash performance incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
