Join our team as Marketing Executive and play a crucial role in promoting our Westpoint & Wollongong Central shopping centres to boost sales and traffic. We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in planning, developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.
About the role
- Assist the Marketing Manager & Senior Marketing Manager with implementation of marketing strategy and calendar that meets the needs of shoppers within the centre trade areas.
- Maintain a vibrant marketing plan that strengthens centre performance and plan, develop and execute centre marketing campaigns and activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with centre management teams, tenants, customers, suppliers, local community groups and other stakeholders.
- Foster and grow retailer relations that support the delivery of centre campaigns and help to drive retailer sales and traffic.
- ROI reporting on success of campaigns and activations.
About you
- Tertiary education in a marketing, business or a related field
- Experience in a marketing related industry, shopping centre experience highly regarded
- Experience across various digital and social media platforms
- Ability to update digital platforms such as websites and social media
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Able to read and interpret research data and insights
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
This role will work across our Westpoint & Wollongong Central centres where travel between shopping centres is required. The role is full time based out of either our Westpoint (Blacktown) or Wollongong Central Shopping Centres in NSW.
