- Copy of U.S. Government no-fee passport showing picture, passport number and expiration date.
- Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
Qualifications
At least one year of specialized experience with knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully accomplish the duties of an Administrative Office servicing multiple departments.
Specialized experience may include but not limited to planning, managing daily administrative functions, analyzing information on a variety of programs, budgeting, preparing reports and providing assistance to office staff.
Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Must have knowledge and use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Incumbent must possess tact, sound judgment, initiative and the ability to work with various personnel within the NSA Bahrain
Must demonstrate effective oral and written skills.
Ability to interpret instructions. directives. and correspondence and apply them to specific situations.
High level of communication skills and ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of senior officials.
Education
Proof of education MUST be uploaded at time of application for consideration. If degree is not conferred, you MUST provide a copy of your high school diploma or equivalent with your college transcripts.

Foreign education must include evidence that it is comparable to education received at accredited educational institutions in the United States. All substitutions of education for experience will be made in accordance with OPM approved qualification standards. Only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education are acceptable to meet positive education requirements or to substitute education for experience. Some positions have special requirements. Selection may be tentative pending the completion of the satisfactory employment reference checks and receipt of proof of education (where applicable). Selectee may be required to complete a one (1) year probationary period. Salary is commensurate with experience and/or education.
