E-Commerce and Marketplace Co-ordinator

Job Description

Our E-Commerce & Marketplace Co-ordinator is integral to the optimisation and management of our marketplace channels. This role is an office-based role and primarily focuses on overseeing and enhancing marketplace operations, including product listings, order management and performance reporting. You would also support the broader e-comm team by ensuring seamless integration and execution of marketplace strategies, assisting with promotional plans and maintaining accurate product representation across various platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role. However, more importantly, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, loads of initiative and loves working within a supportive team.

ECommerce

Some of the responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Work across two internal websites (AU/NZ & International), ensuring seamless operation and optimization.
  • Curate and merchandise landing pages to align with email marketing campaigns, homepage features, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the setup and testing of theme changes, including scheduling website banners, updating terms and conditions, and managing relevant merchandising updates.
  • Contribute to user testing and the successful rollout of new online initiatives
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce & Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Specialist to advance website UX, conversion rates (CR), average order value (AOV), and revenue initiatives.
  • Assist in driving sales and implement new strategies using third-party tools and platforms where applicable.
  • Ensure accurate representation and optimization of product content throughout the customer journey.
  • Assist with copywriting for product descriptions and website content as required.

Marketplaces

  • Maintain all marketplace channels (The Iconic, The Dom, Qantas, Marketplace Maximiser), including uploading and removing products, managing orders, resolving errors, and supplying assets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all marketplace platforms.
  • Support the maintenance and execution of the marketplace promotional plan.
  • Produce weekly performance reports for all marketplace activities.
  • Scope and present new marketplace opportunities that are aligned with the brand.

What experience do I have?

  • You must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role together with a degree in this (or related) field
  • Exceptional organisational/project management skills and an ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines
  • A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to get into the detail where necessary
  • We value initiative, integrity and a strong customer focus
  • Previous experience dealing with marketplaces but we can provide training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
