Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Agility
- Support the project management of VIC experiences both domestically and internationally
- Create timely KPI-driven recaps and share qualitative information about client background and experiences.
- Budgeting support and vendor set-up, invoicing/Pos, monitor billing and ensure timely payments.
- Logistics lead for the Fashion Show Client Program
Client Centric & Excellence
- Serve as a client-facing host/expert at exceptional experiences; provide on-site support for exceptional events.
- Supervise the execution of the Zone wide gifting initiatives in partnership with the Client Relations Specialist
- Partner with Regions to ensure Louis Vuitton’s Code & Guidelines are reflected across all VIC touchpoints maintaining brand consistency and image.
Team Spirit
- Work in partnership with the Client team to create exceptional experiences for top clients to elevate their Louis Vuitton journey.
Commercial Mindset
- Partner with the Senior Director of Client Experiences to create new creative client engagement concepts and adjust existing concepts to address current needs of the business.
Profile
We are eager to speak to candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience within luxury environment in communications, events or marketing. Proven strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be resourceful and innovative are critical for this role. Proficiency in Excel and Power Point skills are preferred. Knowledge of French, Spanish, and Portuguese languages is a plus.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $115K-$125K, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
