Prominent litigation firm in Agoura is seeking a General Liability Attorney with experience in:

• Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury.

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
• Adeptness in insurance defense
• Civil litigation experience
• Defense litigation experience required
• Proficiency in defense litigation
• Insurance Coverage experience
• Experience with Insurance Defense Litigation
• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent legal writing skills for discovery motions, motions for summary judgment and all trial motions
• Able to take and defend all levels of depositions from witnesses, parties and experts
• Strong attention to detail
• First-rate academic credentials and references
• Licensed attorney and in good standing with the State of California
• 5+ years of experience drafting law and motion, discovery, and preparing for trial.
• Good demeanor and personality are a must
• Working knowledge of Abacus a must
• Spanish Speaking a Plus
• Compensation commensurate on experience
