You’ll Be Responsible For The Following
- Work with the leadership on effective and timely implementation of key business priorities
- Perform analyses and research that help make the right growth decisions, effectively leveraging on data in all decision-making
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to integrate and execute special initiatives as required. Institutes processes for free flow of market trends, business learnings and relevant information across the organization
- Develop and lead monitoring of business KPIs
We’re Looking For
- 10+ years professional experience (financial services industries preferred). Management Consulting or start-up experience is a plus. Work in Fintech industry preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate quickly, effectively and accurately to various audiences, and to work independently with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Significant experience with project management. Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives
